Never saw'd it. I just had a warning pop-up about cell data and it took me into that menu. :shrug:

Actually, although I haven't done a ton of research, even the Jailbreak app through Cydia isn't free.

another $20 a month and you dont even get any additional data. or you can jailbreak and buy miwi for $20 and not have to pay every month. there is even a way to get miwi for free ;)
