I saw "Almost Famous" on TCM about a month ago and was surprised to see nudity in it. Anyone know the rules to censorship on cable. I am not offended by any of this, I would just like to know the rules that the FCC impose on broadcasters. Is it up to the individual channels to decide what they are willing to air?
