Buff it and seal it. I am pretty suprised they would put that in a house, it is fairly expensive, but last for freaking ever. But it really only makes sense if you have a shit ton of it and plan on buying (or already own) a buffer.

But there is good news, it is a very sanitary surface, so as long as you keep it clean it is good for any impromptu surgeries, or if you drop food on it you can still eat it.

They shouldn't do anything more than tracking in dirt bro, for real. Terrazo is resilient as hell, one of the toughest floors you can have. Properly cared for it will outlast the building, but if you let dirt sit on it and keep grinding it in, it will start to dull and haze. That might be what you have going on, dogs trackign in dirt, humans grinding the dirt into the surface.

After you buff it (AND seal it...), just take a swiffer wet pad or a wet mop to it once a week or more and it should look better (and clean easier).
