I dont like the part of that recipe where you fry 2 bags of potato chips with it. that sounds gross. I think if anything mix the sweet taters with regular taters so you get the taste of sweet potatoes but the consistency of a regular tot. all a tater tot has in it is potatoes cut into little cubes. I don't see why you could not run a couple sweet potatoes and a couple regular potatoes through a food processor and make tot shapes and bake or fry em.
