It's a from a local farmer's market in Edisto, SC. This stuff is extremely spicey, but has more taste than any other hot sauce I've ever had.

zerious question. the dudes who are posting all the crazy ass hot sauces, do you guys use them because you feel it makes the food taste better, or is it just to try a spicy ass hot sauce?

i know if i put some of that shit on my food, i wouldnt enjoy it. that "cock sauce" http://static.blogcritics.org/09/10/09/115849/091006sriracha.jpg posted above is fucking WAY too spicy for my tastes and it completely over takes any flavor the food had. tapatio and chalula are about as hot as i go and the food still tastes like food.

I use chalula daily, tapatio like every other, cock sauce on occasion. I do buy all three.

I fucking LOVE sriracha!! I put it on eggs, some pizzas, sandwiches, sometimes I'll eat it plain on tortilla chips.

If just REALLY enjoy spicy food... I love when my mouth is hot, my lips tingle, and you breathe in and it tingles! Did you know when you eat spicy foods it releases a small amount of endorphines? OH YEAH!!!!

My favorite everyday sauces are Skyline hot sauce and sriracha.

I enjoy vinegar based sauces, as well as other though. The skyline hot sauce is like a vinegar based sauce similar to tobasco with a bit of franks hot sauce... it's a perfect mix for a normal table hot sauce.

Also the garlic cholula is pretty tasty but my go to sauce is just some tabasco habanero, decent heat and I love the taste.
