For the chain BBQ Smokey Bones > Famous Daves

For whatever reason Smokey Bones closed here and maybe a year later they built a Famous Daves 1/4 miles down the street :(

I've never had Famous Daves, but now I'll never want to try it. Poor Dave.

Went to a smokey bones about 6 years ago. Was pretty good.

But they closed. :(

This shit was GOOD! The two best things were the pulled pork and the Memphis dry rub smoked wings...

Wicked good for a chain, was super surprised... I'll be back again just for wings even. 50cent on Tuesday nights...

Recently I've been on strict eating when I've been there, so I've only had spinach salads and what not, but it always smells so fabulous in there.

Damn all the Smokey Bones here in Metro Atlanta closed like 1 year after opening, ate there once and it was meh.

Never heard of smokey bones. Gainesville has too many mom and pop BBQ places that fucking rock for many chain BBQ to survive.
