Hardee's new turkey burgers..

Couldn't believe it when I saw on Hardee's sign that they were trying to go healthy..I always try the "healthy" things at fast food places so knew I had to give it a shot..

They have 3 burgers..

The regular turkey burger which is dressed like a hamburger.
The BBQ Ranch turkey burger.
The Mushroom and Swiss turkey burger.

I just tried the Mushroom and Swiss and am very pleased. It was $4.35 for the sandwich which reasonably filled me.

Stats on this one were:
480 cals
17g fat
44 carbs
37g protein


Not bad at all.... All 3 burgers have 480 calls or less.

May take the place of my customary 2 wendy's grilled go wraps..This burger has 50 less calories and the same amount of protein.
