OK, not really, I did the wrong thing and hit the treamill :( But the smell from Cicis and Applebees across from this place kills me after my workout every time :fu:

After that, I did some light weight routines on the yoga ball and Bosut ball to engage the core. I am a full blown retard for doing this stupid shit.

Their appetizers are bomb though!
We used to go there a lot after 9:00PM when appetizers are half price. They also had $1 Miller mugs all day every day back then. Pretty sure they changed that now. My roomie would get buffalo wings and I'd get the big quesadilla. We'd split about 1/3 of each and leave full with one hell of a buzz...All for under $15 after tip..

My best guess is that number 1 is the workout, number 2 is the cool down, and number 3 is the total distance/calories burned.

Life fitness have always made an awesome tread as well. They seemed to have slipped the past couple years, but am told that they are making some changes that are badly needed in the next year or so.
