Lookin to invest in one.. but there are so many different ones what is a good budget one? that has actual text code read outs and reset codes

If you need a standalone reader/reset capability, sure.

You can get a USB reader for $30, but you need a laptop and won't be able to reset codes.

What type of phone do you have? Bluetooth ODB II dongle + android FTW?

iPhone prob has the same shit I'd imagine.

Yeah i have an android but thats nearly 50-60 bucks.. figured i just have an scanner that i could always carry around.. i just cant find no reviews on the one im interested in

that's the one I have

butt4eelz, i have that same one and it works good - does not have the text readout, you have to look in the book...

it came with a dsc too, but ive never used it so i dont know what it does...
