How often do you replace pillows

As of late, I started replacing them yearly.

Since I get the ones in the $15-20 range, I am thinking of replacing every 6 mos.

I think it all depends on what your comfortable with. I like my pillows firm but flat and the longer I sleep on them the more I get used to them. Some people may prefer that fluffy new feeling and replace them often. I haven't changed mine in a little over a year I believe.

I'm very picky with my pillows, which is why I don't change them often. I like king size pillows that are soft, and not too puffy where they fuck up my neck. Ones that are slightly puffy, but give or go flatter when you lay on them ftw...

I do wash my allergy covers and pillow cases everytime I do my sheets though...
