I'm thinking of frying some turkey and lean ground beef burgers in a skillet with only nonstick cookiing spray. Is this a healthy idea?

like a whole fucking turkey or some slices?

i would seperate the shit personally, or at least wait untill the hamburger/turkey isnt completely raw, dont want to infest your anus with germs from someone elses meat.

Bro there is a time common sense comes into play, both turkey and lean beef are healthy options.

Kind of like me saying hey experts does a Prius get good gas mileage :wat:

BTW Ground Turkey with some cooking spray for tacos is fucking delicious.

Cooking spray is for idiots.

Try fucking stirring your food instead of letting it burn.
