Targeting certain areas of your body for fat loss is not possible.

You can exercise muscles in an area .. such as your stomach .. to 'tighten' up the fat and make it appear less pudgy. If you have strong abs, they'll show through a (small) layer of fat.

But you can't target certain areas for fat-loss, despite what the TV tells you.
