I'm starting 18 days of house arrest tomorrow, but the fun starts when I get off that nonsense. I'm going to get the OxyElite Pro/Recreate stack and do a cut just in time for the beginning of the fall semester. It worked well before taking 2 OEP first thing in the morning then going to the gym for cardio 30ish minutes later, then doing protein shake/breakfast 30ish minutes after. Then 1 Recreate early afternoon, then 1 OEP + 1 Recreate 30ish minutes preworkout with weights/resistance. 1 Recreate was then taken later in the evening. Doing the math, this made 6 pills per day: 3 OEP, 3 Recreate. It allowed for a calorie restricted diet without the hunger pangs and lack of energy. I know this worked well before, so I will be doing this (or something very similar) again.
My question lies in pre and postworkout supplementation. I was considering buying a NO booster for preworkout (since I don't want too much extra stim based products along with the 6 pills) and getting a different postworkout protein. I'm currently using ON Platinum HydroBuilder, which is sweet as fuck, but was thinking I could find something better since I am cutting rather than building. Still need the protein to maintain the muscle but not all the extra stuffs.
Would a NO booster be a good choice for pre resistance training workout later in the day? And what recommendation can you give me for a different postworkout protein?
(Yes, I already have a multi. I used Opti-Men before, and currently have MegaMen Sport. Any other necessary information in order to receive an educated response is fine, just ask.)

+1 for jack3d for a pre-workout supp. Stuff is LEGIT.
For protein its hard to beat ON Whey. ON Casein for before bed time. Mix some vanilla casein in with some cottage cheese = NOMZ! And I don't really like cottage cheese by itself.

You guys are really going to be laughing at calling me fat when I don't sign on ever again. I'm tired of this shit. Its going overboard. Yeah, I lost cause I am fat. I know that. I have struggled with weight issues my entire life. I was anorexic when I was 12. Then I was morbidly obese at the age of 14. Its not funny to make fun of fat people. Fat people have feelings too. NOW STOP!

Pics or none of this is true. I find it very hard to believe you were anorexic at 12 and morbidly obese at 14. Doesn't happen bro. My cousin has battled anorexia since she was 14 she's still rail thin and barely eats. You wouldn't have just changed over night.

You are right I have never been anorexic but I've watched my cousin go from a healthy teenager to being able to see her spine and watch her eat a grape for dinner. I know more than you think.
Lisa is right. Anorexia isn't a condition, it's a disease.

It does happen, actually. It is not as common as people not getting over their craziness, but sometimes these self-induced craziness flip over and go the opposite direction. Control over every thing that goes in their mouth inverts to a complete lack of control.
Not that I see it being true in this case. I bet he was also ADD and / or ADHD and / or manic-depressive and / or schizophrenic.
Those who claim one crazy disease often claim several. 'Cause .. you know .. then it isn't their fault.

I can see that but in the span of two years I don't. I mean to be anorexic at 12 he then would have gotten counseling which could have lasted a while. We'll say 6 months to a year for the sake of this hypothetical. Leaving one year to pork up. While yes it's possible to pork up in a year but to go from too thin to morbidly obese is highly unlikely. He had to have been eating a box of twinkies an hour. That being said the way he works out and the way he talks about fatties doesn't make me believe he was ever fat. Ever.

I hear ya .. but you're assuming that the flip was healthy .. ie., caused by therapy. It could, instead, have been an unhealthy response by his subconscious to deal with the anorexia or some other trauma in his life.
The human mind is a funny thing .. it can do just about anything it wants. Labelling it with this disease or that disease helps us put things into boxes but it doesn't really help us understand it.

You're right I am assuming that. Since he claims to be anorexic and to me only people who have seen someone professionally would claim that. People who have had eating disorders (unless they are pro-ana) don't consider themselves to be diseased. They're just kinda thin or they still consider themselves fat. Also if he was that thin at 12 his parents would have done something about it. If his parents cared which from all the hunting they seem to.
I do agree though labeling things with one disease or another does nothing to help unless you take an active role in changing things.

Sounds like she wants to find a man and not be a fucking slob, whats the issue?
I don't see an issue with seeing her spine, you can see it protruding on many 'hot' hollywood chicks maybe that fatty ate a whole sandwich or something for lunch who knows :wat:

She's now happily married but that has nothing to do with her anorexia. She still is rail thin. So is this still an acceptable look? Does she just not want to be a slob? My cousin was almost this thin when her parents got her help.

Don't have any pics from when I was anorexic..It all took place over a 6 month period after kids started making fun of me for being fat. I just quit eating. And I was bulimic too. When I did eat it was in front of my parents and I'd throw it up later.Therapist said to get rid of all photographs so I would never picture myself in that state again. The very few we had, are no longer in the family.
This is me at 13, add another 100lbs onto that.
