a couple few weeks back I pulled a muscle in my right arm or something. I've got a little soreness right on the outside of my elbow still, and my forearm will hurt pretty bad if I do something like spray a bottle of windex. If I happen to bump that elbow it hurts so I have been trying to avoid that. Otherwise it's like nothing is wrong and I can lift heavy stuff and do all my work no problem. It's just been preventing me from lifting because I dont want to hurt myself worse.
Anyone experience this and can tell me what I should be doing? Should I just work out anyways and go easy on it?
