So here's another hobby of mine, besides car audio and rc trucks. Got a Classic Army M15A4 SPC, and a KWA G17. Madbull grenade launcher and red dot sight. Recently sold the grenade launcher and pistol, just dont play enough anymore to make it worth keeping it. My gun is upgraded quite a bit and shoots around 410 fps consistently. I upgrade/fix aeg's if you ever need any help.

haha that's my boy mark. that gun thing isn't actually his, it's the "flamethrower" thing that belongs to the field that he got to use.


As for expense, I guess it depends on how much you decide to put into it. As an ongoing cost I would say it's probably gonna end up cheaper, considering you don't have to pay for co2, just recharge a battery. And BB's are quite a bit cheaper than paintballs too.
I've probably put about 700 all together into my main gun, including upgrades and repairs.

Yeah you feel or hear it if you get hit, you also can usually see if you hit someone else. There's really no point in cheating, at least at the field I used to play at. It's more of a team thing than I think paintball is, your working for a common goal. If you get hit you only go out for 5 mins and then come back in. So cheating is just dumb and takes the fun out of it.

Mostly online. If you're lucky you'll have an actual airsoft store around you that is dedicated just to airsoft and carries the really nice brands.

Yeah well going with a higher voltage battery increases your rof, but it puts a lot of stress on the other parts so tons of other stuff is prone to fail. The biggest problem I've had with a 9.6v battery is the trigger contacts corroding.

I have a Smith and Wesson 40f that can fire a .25g round at 400fps and hit a target at 100ft within a 5" pattern

I fool around with a JG BAR-10 sniper rifle. I've done a few mods and I'd guess it's about 500 fps with the "coke can test" hehe. I traded for it for some of my old car parts just to have some fun.

Sounds pretty nice. I've always wanted a sniper to mess around with. I wonder how accurate the coke can test is, once i have my gun back together I'll give it a try, knowing what my gun actually shoots.

well you can find some that are "biodegradable" but really there's no need, it's still gonna take a while for them to decompose. Plus they're so small even shooting tons isn't a big deal, they'll just get lost in the grass.

Uh... he will never find them. Odds are they'll get wedged underneath the grass' roots and get pushed into the soil... never to be found again. It's honestly not even a big deal.

But I'd never pay over $150 for a gun like that. No point.

your never gonna see the bb's, i used to shoot TONS at my old house and you couldn't see them unless you tried digging up the grass, its not a problem.

Nice, marui's are good guns, I think they shoot around 300fps stock. They already have steel gears, probably got steel bushings and a new spring.

I wouldn't buy a rifle unless it said gov't use only. We embedded a .30 bb in one of my hall mate's legs @ 30 yards.

I have no clue what it was except for the engraved gov't use only on the side. and the mag that held almost 1k rounds
