Most are. These seem to keep me from falling asleep at work. Been on them for a month.

overall they work decent. Nothing like SX though. Good energy the first few days and supreme appetite suppresent. Only 12 hours though...where SX could keep you awake for closer to a solid day.

This. Today was my third day. Im taking 1 at 5:30am and another at 10:00am and that gets me through the day. Better than e/c 3 times a day. By today, I had to force feed myself.

The sx was 1 a day and lasted forever.

Vitamins are a scam. The human body does not digest pills full of dust and produce the same effects of digesting say, an orange for vitamin C consumption.
