You make no effort to rinse the food off the dishes. You just throw them in the dishwasher and hope for the best.

let them try and talk it out. lots of things can be solved just by open communication.

All valid points, but what I want to know is where is Iam now. One thing is for sure, he is not rinsing the fucking dishes.
