Got some serious pain between my Bicep and forearm like when you first start training and your bi's are sore. It's not healing been a few weeks hurts everytime I try to do bi's and some other upper body exercises. It feels more like the tendon on the top. CA,Tappy any other lifting bro's kno what's best for this, tiger balm, icing, fisting ect.

Rest.
I'm in the same boat currently as I have tendinitis. If you REALLY want it to heal. Go 4-6 weeks with no weight training on it, take ibuprofen (or whatever anti-inflammatory you prefer) and go 1-2 weeks at 50-65% total normal weight.

Fish Oil helps as more of a protective but doesn't seem to be any help as a repair. It aids in lubricating the joints, but if you have already damaged something, its not speeding things up.
Rest, lots of water are really helpful.

I took about 4 weeks off with zero lifting. I was going cardio and legs during that time. Now I have been lifting very light to start getting the tendons used to the motions again.
I increased my water pretty significantly too.
There is a product called SAM-E that has helped me in the past. It is a bit pricey, but it works very well.
