If it is missing one cylinder they will need to do more than a tune up...
They should look on ebay, the cylinder was probably stolen. Those things dont just go missing.

FOR EXAMPLE:
OEM Is better than DEM
OEM is better than AEM/BEM, etc.
ZEM is the best of the xEM
Likewise, JDM is better than DDM but not as good as ODM.
xEM is better than xDM always, it is a step up.
