ProForm 400 GI
Found it for $180 on Craigslist and it was just .8 miles away. It retailed for $800 when it came out in 2005.
Oughta help a ton in my quest for sub 10% bodyfat.
Ignore the mess, had to rearrange before I moved the treadmill in.

I have tried the home gym route before but felt being home I lacked motivation, I need to go to the gym I guess. I hope not to see you drunk and have one of those youtube treadmill accident videos.

I just gave one like that away for free. I refuse to run on a treadmill.

I'd rather run outside than a treadmill, even if it's in the rain or hot. I do run on a treadmill during the cold.

I hate treadmills unless I'm doing HIIT

I'm the opposite. I'd rather run in the cold than the heat.

I enjoyed it this morning.
Can last longer on it than I can outside running on the payment in the heat and its easier to pace myself with the set speed.
Around the neighborhood I would go for about 20 minutes at the most for 2.5 miles.
Got in 30 minutes this morning, didn't pay much attention to the mileage though.

Good deal. Do you run, jog, or what?

I varied the speed between 5mph-9mph.
Prolly averaged 6.5 or 7mph.
Gonna start doing HIIT on it, so i was kind of getting a feel for that.

That's pretty good. I avg in the 4s if I want to go that long.

Did 20 minutes of HIIT this morning.
Changed up speed/incline every minute. Speed ranged from 4mph-10mph,incline from 0-10%. Got 2.2 miles out of it and "supposedly" 330 calories.
