Toss in a bowl with canola oil (you really don't need much at all, so start with very little!), chili powder, sea salt (I use No Salt) and garlic powder. Bake for 15 mins, flip, bake for 15 more. If you want them more crispy, keep an eye on them and bake for a little longer. I think using parchment paper would crisp them faster, too.

If you don't want to dirty a bowl, throw them in a gallon Ziploc with the seasoning & shake.

Grilled out burgers and baked some tots

Really easy, but I don't measure much when I make them, so go by your personal preference with the seasonings. Preheat oven to 425. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2" or so strips. Toss in a bowl with canola oil (you really don't need much at all, so start with very little!), chili powder, sea salt (I use No Salt) and garlic powder. Bake for 15 mins, flip, bake for 15 more. If you want them more crispy, keep an eye on them and bake for a little longer. I think using parchment paper would crisp them faster, too.

If you don't want to dirty a bowl, throw them in a gallon Ziploc with the seasoning & shake.

I had to look that up. I tried Mrs Dash two summers ago on that serious cut and it just wasn't as good as sodium infested seasonings!

Man, I'm addicted to Dash. It might just be the newer flavors, though. Fiesta Lime on chicken breast (George Foreman grilled), a bit of rice, chopped onions, tomatoes and a squeeze of lime is so yummy.

Southwest Chipotle, too!
