well my gf finally got her child support check from her daughters father and she said she wants me to make her a lobster dinner. i have never made lobster before but have made lobster pie with imitation crab meat though.

i did not know how to prepare them so you dont get the green brains as that is pretty gross and found this video which looks like more than i would be able to handle :noes:

I think your right...this guy is just trying to gross people out...only way ive ever seen it prepared was to throw it live into a pot of boiling water..

One thing that you could do is to just buy some lobster tails then poach in clarified butter at 140 degrees for about 12 minutes.
