I have for a while now. It's not so much dandruff in the sense that OP is talking about, just more along the lines of dead skin from the clippers going over my head. I meant, it shows up when i'm in the process of shaving my head.

Oh...I gotcha. When I started shaving my head all the way down, I'd get dandruff while I did it, but now my heads gotten some sun and it's a bit tougher now.
