I go every year. Awesome time!

We got a few pics, but mainly our buddy Matt who was with us was all about getting everyone's pictures. This is him and the hulk.

with our lil one there we couldn't take our SLR so we just got those few. Next year I'll have her bring her camera and go pic crazy. It's a great time (just packed like tuna's though)

It's the Arnold fitness classic in Columbus, Ohio. It's tons of fitness stuff (powerlifting, gymnastics, fencing, fitness challenge, bodybuilding physique challenge, etc.) That is what happens on the stages and the side rooms. In the main hall you have rows and rows of vendors of supplements selling the newest, lots of famous people are there. For 10 bucks you can't beat it. This year I didn't get that many samples because my son was clipped to the front of me. But I still got 3 t-shirts, a gym bag, a running bag (the ones with the thin strings on them..not sure the exact name) and about 40 different samples of new products. They just give out as much as they can to everyone for free in there.

If you are into fitness, its a great place to go.

That lady was the nicest person ever! But yeah, she pulled her face like a sharpea (sp?).
