I have always done it but rarely get it back :crap:

They have however started handing out tickets out here for it (no clue how its legal but I see it in the paper) so I get a little :noes: after I pass a cop and wonder if there is another one ahead that is going to see me flash someone else (during the night)

i remember in NY they had this thing going around that "gangsters" would drive around with their lights off and wait for people to flash them to "turn them on" and would follow them and kill them.


but other than that i only flash people to turn their lights on.

if someone is flying down the road they deserved to get pulled over.

I am sure there are some retards who actually did it a few times but I think it was more of a myth than anything.
