I had heard some horror stories about that kind of thing happening. Pretty gross, one of the reasons I have switched from Singlespeed to Fixed yet.

nasty but ive seen worse i saw a guy get yanked in to a runing engien cause he said he need to clean his belt . ended up losing his arm just after the elbow
