Huh? What am I missing? Why would there be any difference no matter where you license was from?

Should be no difference. I can buy a car on ebay that is from Cali and it would cost me the same (just transportation costs)

Check your laws such as lemon laws. For example anything over $700 here in MA is covered by a lemon law meaning that if it does not pass inspection I get a refund or they have to pay for the repairs.
About 100 miles away where I have purchased cars from before in NH they have no lemon law so you are SOL if you buy something and the tranny fails on the way home.
and as always make sure you get it checked out by a mechanic.

According to that show that use to be on with the wacky sales people (King of Cars?). You don't have to pay that.

yeah, are there any extra fees, being that i'm from outta state with a pa license?
Nope, but you'll have to check with the PA DMV to see if there are any late fees if you don't get the thing titled and registered in PA in a certain amount of time.

so, even though i'm buyin down here, does i that mean i would have to go to pa and get a new title and liscense plate?

Don't put "TAG APPLIED FOR" on a piece of cardboard where the license goes or in the window?
