True story

I used a forklift to lift a sand filter with 200lbs of wet sand onto a guys truck today. After loading it, I was in reverse and the forklift died, rolled forward and the forks dented his tailgate. lol

Guy acted like he didn't care. I almost shit myself when it happened.

Our forklift has a real laggy clutch. I tried backing up and the mast slammed right into a guy's tailgate :laugh: It happens almost everytime we load a truck up.

I bet you made the same EEEEEEKKK face I do when it happens :laugh:

While I was there, A guy quit and went on his own. I helped him quite a bit and made some good cash. he decided to go back home to Texas and I was really just burnt out on construction.

nice! Down here it's an easy $1200+ just to install inground vinyl liners. Nobody does it.

economy is in the shitter for new pool builds. My 3 years there we did 70, 50, 55 per year. 2 years later they built 22 pools last year. Laid off all constuction but 2 from Nov 15 till 3 weeks ago.
