On PC, it don't work that way. when everyone else is getting around the same average kills / deaths and then you suddenly have some fucktard show up and start doing 30/2 and when you watch the kill cam he hops around from place to place like he's fucking bunny rabbit geting every shot, every time. Holy crap is it. I watched my nephew play this weekend. I saw a guy get 40 kills standing still in the middle of the map on afghan. He was new to the use of the aimbot, he had his fov still set to 360 degrees. He was whipping around shooting people so fast, it looked like he was having a seizure lol. End of the match the guy was 44-1.........standing out in the open in the same spot.
