Sucks dick.
Their website is so unintuitive and just trying to get a hold of someone makes me want to strangle a fucking baby.
They want me to fill out an RA Request... which is for subs. But I'm trying to make a ticket for my head phones.
Fucking fail.

bass will be clearer in in-ear headphones? what about headphones with nice cancellation of outside noise..? what are the advantages/disadvantages? I read some of Ng's points on in-ear buds.

IEM's (in-ear monitors) usually provide excellent isolation. Also bass response is usually dependent on the seal achieved in the ear canal. You can tell when tards review some IEM's and say they have NO bass response, that's because they didn't get a proper seal. Most IEM's come with 3-5 sets of tips, usually silicone and comply foam of varying sizes. Is it like having 2 18's and a few kilowatts? Obviously not, but you get the thump in your ear canal, and I enjoy it, it's like bass in my head. Most over the ear phones with great bass, either need to be huge and cover the entire ear, or they leak sound to your environment, which isn't always great. IMO, I use headphones for when I want to hear music, and not share with my environment, lol.
Funny thing about noise cancellation, is that passive noise cancellation usually results in a higher attenuation of outside noise than active noise cancellation. So, IEM's with a tight seal usually attenuate better than battery powered active noise cancellation BS like Bose's... and you don't need heavy, bulky, battery powered headphones.
As far as advantages/disadvantages of isolation/noise attenuation, it's kind of cut and dry. Obviously it will allow you to mainly hear your music, and not surround noise in your environment. This is great, unless you need to be able to hear surrounding noises, like when you're driving or something.
