We have a shoutbox on FGF.com, that's worked out the best out of all the chatroom type things i've seen on the forums. I think Toasty can get it through VBulletin.

just a thought...i like forums (obviously) but sometimes its nice to be able to talk without waiting for replies (even with live)

Setting up something on AIM would be the least hassle, at least for everyone that has AIM.
