1) if i went S, i could only afford a 220. which are nice, but not what i want.

2) the 210 e's are almost bullet proof. occasialnal crank sensor, front lower ball joints, stop lamp switches, child recognition sensors....all easy and cheap fixes if you have the means to do it.

3) if i had the cash id be driving a cl65 right now....

4) the 00-02 e's look better than the 220 s's IMHO and much more reliable accessory wise.
