About 3 years ago for unregistered/uninsured.. I pay a year at time sometimes six month each year and just missed the mail and thought I had paid through Dec.

I have a bad habit of not opening mail due to how much junk the put in them and I just hate mail altogether.. they should quit delivering anything but packages imo.
