Just got back from Arnold. REALLY busy this year, no where near the hand-outs but still a good time. I'll upload some vids of powerlifting guy hit 1027lbs!!!

Basically we walked every aisle and also the gymnastics areas. These little kids are TOUGH! One of the girls, maybe 10 or 11 did 12 pull-ups at the marine station!

Yeah -- does every year. It really is a mix of wanna-be's dedicated lifters and pro's. I'd say 80/15/5. Still makes me want to get bigger and sometimes I think about competing. No time to do it, but I still think about doing it.

Yeah, this year was the worst for hand-outs. Stupid economy. Got a bag of stuff (some black powder, bunch of myoplex and power bars) 3 shirts for 5 bucks.

Last year was just a bit better for supplements but I did get 8-12 shirts (free).

3 years ago however was the BEST 15-20 shirts duffle bag and that bag was FULL of demo stuff and full bottles of stuff. All free (well 10 bucks each to get into the event)
