seeing some gains, nothing to drastic, my arms and chest look better. havent weighed myself and i still need to go over somethings with junior but i havent had the time to speak with him :crap:

Sent you an email, man. No worries on the meal plan. Get things settled with work and school first, and then we can focus on the meal plan. Just make sure to keep the gym routine up. Always take steps forward, never back.

hows lifting going? i find it odd that you mix up your push/pull body parts. back/biceps go together, and chest/triceps. and legs go whenever. obviously, do what works best for you, this is just something i noticed. IMO you would have better recovery time if you grouped your routine into lifts, rather than body parts. so if you bench monday, do your tricep accessory work as well so your all of the muscles needed during your bench press can get well rested. if you deadlift on wednesday, then do your bicep/upper back work the same day. again, this is just my opinion and what i've always been told. whats your big 3 looking like (bench/dead/squat)?

Wow, didn't mean to offend you. If you look at his routine though, he isn't working the same muscle groups two days in a row. Not everyone needs/wants to train as a powerlifter like you are use to, that's all.

Don't have to. Get back into the same routine, just make sure you take it easy the first week or so. Don't expect to start off right where you finished.

You must increase your post count before anything you say can be considered authentic. The faster you learn this, the quicker this problem will go away.

So please stop working at building your new gym or handing out free advice that show great results and get back to posting.

Here, we prefer X2 or . Both are acceptable to increase fame.

Ya, I saw his vids as well. Very impressive. And I may be wrong on this, but from most of his posts in the fitness section, he has trained/prefers to train with a powerlifting mentality. Which is great and has it's place, but isn't for the majority of people out there. It all comes down to finding out what the persons goals are and building a routine around that in order to get results. That's all I was trying to get at. I guess I shouldn't have been so abrupt with my post, but it was late at night and had quite a few routines I had to send off to clients.
