I work for a fantastic company. I have 100% tuition paid as long as I get a C or better (they pay books, even deferral fees).

Of course I have a laptop, palm pilot, 20 million at my disposal (i think its a perk because they trust me enough that I don't need permission to buy). No time clocks (guess that is pretty normal for anyone on salary) If I work half a day and have to leave, I don't have to use personal time. I get 7 hours of personal time acquired each payperiod which I can build up to 400 hours. They last forever and don't fall off until I hit 400. Also, I get 2 or 3 floating holidays per year (this year 3)

Excellent pay. Everything is Per Diem (hotel, even if I don't stay in one, food, gas, etc etc), Job security. 401K, Health, Dental, vacation time, etc etc. %50 off Dewalt tools. %50 off Red Wing boots. Big bonuses every quarter for safe jobsites. Get paid to travel. Tobacco free jobsites = win for me.

The company is employee owned, meaning at the end of every year, the profit is split over the employees. About 10% of my salary straight into my 401K.

100% Tuition reimbursement. If I decide to pursue a different area of my career in construction/engineering, they cover the cost of school. Also, they reimburse me for the degree I already have. If I don't want to go to school, but want to learn a different trade, I get paid to sit in class once a week. On site certification.

As much overtime as I want. double time on sundays. If I decide to work on a holiday, it's triple time. If I don't like the jobsite i'm working on, I request to move to another being worked on. If I want to work 4 ten's instead of 5 eights, or vice versa, I just have to speak up.
