Headed to the gym so I only grabbed the main server drive....I have another 75gb or so of unedited or checked songs (need to work on those soon)

I wish. I have to delete music all the time to make room for new stuff. It's depressing.
I deleted this one song I loved. I can't remember the name or artist, either. :(

You can get a 500GB HD for like $75 now, there is no excuse to ever have to delete anything anymore.

Do any of you backup your mp3s? I back all mine up to a external drive weekly as I put a lot of time into getting all my shit I would freak if my drive died along with all my tunes.

mine is only 15 or so gigs... and I back it up every once in a while but since it's so small i can fit it on my iPod and not worry if my computer shits

Not really. When my friend had his server we loaded all of our music on there and we just streamed it straight off the server. It was great.

Same here. My server runs the squeezecenter as a service and streams audio (and video) to the slimdevices around the house. I can control the music being played from any computer, can stream radio to any stereo or just play off of my mp3 folders.

I only have like 7 gigs right now because I had to reformat my hd awhile back. Used to have 30 gigs or so

My 30 gig ipod is almost full so i would say i have close to 6000 songs. nothing special.
