How do I fix this? I hooked it up to charge and my computer said something about the Ipod being messed up. Not I unplugged it and its completely frozen. Cant shut it off, play music, or anything. The time is the same from last night, shows like 6pm (when I plugged it in). Playing with the hold, plugging it in again, trying to turn it off, they all do nothing.
Anyway to reset the thing or fix it?

Only if it freezes... I bet zune and windows have the same issues that not everyone knows how to solve.

Sorry. I assumed you wanted the quick adn easy way.
When I have frozen things I actually put them in a ziplock and submerge them in a pot of hot water.
It takes longer, but the end results are better.
