I think the cop should have just written the ticket and let him go in the hospital. There was no reason to stall and tell him about what he could/should do. The man's mom is dying. Let him go see her.

Ryan could have cooperated a little more with the insurance and license shit. It probably would have gotten things taken care of faster and he could have avoided the whole "I could tow your car and arrest you" speech. I probably would be the same way in his position but I would run inside the building. If I got shot in the back at least I'm already at the hospital.

I haven't watched the second video yet but its another 8:xx minutes which means the jackass wasted at least 15 minutes of his time. Thats bullshit.

I'm sure she was after all of that time they he spent with the cop. Even in the second video the cop still decided to explain why Moats should have waited for the light to change and pull over when he saw the lights.
