Any benefits to running a virtual machine if I need a copy of suse running over a dual boot?

I don't know who Suse is but unless you're adio you're gonna need 2 boots.

I'm running 2 copies of Windows 7. My expired version of the beta and my illegally hacked version that runs half as good as my beta. :fu:

I'm not currently running a dual boot, but I have. I see Ragar (who has the ultimate in bootability)...so I'll wait for him to poast

I'm not sure what your asking.... running a virtual machine over dual boot is nice because you don't need to reboot the computer to switch OS

I wouldn't think much would be different, maybe a little lag on the VM. I have never used virtual environments for anything useful or long term though. Just as sandboxes.

I am trying to setup a lab to study with and have never anything virtual and was looking for feedback on the different options, Only on I was really aware of were VMWare and Win7 Virtual machine.
Setup Win7VM but can't seem to get it to boot from the .iso go I gotta grab some DVDs and try that way.

I have no experience with virtual PC 7.
just use windows 95 and you don't have to worry :fyi:
