Makin beer chicken for dinner tonight on the grill.

First I brush olive oil all over the chicken after washing it. Then apply a dry rub of your liking. I use a rather simple rub and never measure it.

Dry mustard
Cayenne
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Paprika

Slip the bird over a half full can of beer. Place in grill with medium-heat, and no direct flame or heat(turn off burners underneath it). Cook that bish until the middle of breast area reaches 165* Pull out, carve and enjoy with whatever sides you want.

Heres a before picture.

No way. You are thinking Turkey which you also do on a lower heat to prevent burning the outside. A 4lb chicken only takes 25-30 minutes on med-high heat.

Yes, I did. The Fosters oil cans are best. I also don't mind a Foster now and then.

Yes, the wide cans make a nice base, but I still don't mind Fosters.

You are retarded. Coors is a fine light pilsner. I do enjoy Ales more, but I don't discriminate on brews unlike your apparent narrow view.

Did you not see where I said I enjoy ALES more?

Read what is wrote, not what you think.

You fucking retard. I am just not narrow enough to exclude mainstreams from having some value, like some elitist beer snob. I drink them all.

question on the Guinness.....when grilling with it, do you leave it in the can with the nitrogen cartridge? or does it make any difference either way?

OBTW:hijack:No, I call you a snob because you say something is "piss water" just because your stupid ass doesn't like it. I like them all. How can that be narrow?

Right now it isn't stocked, because I am unemployed so I will show some previous stock. this is only a small fraction of what my bar fridge has held and that is even less than what i have tried while my fatass sat at Old Chicago which carries 110 brews in their locations http://www.oldchicago.com/DisplayBeerItemList.php

Dad has been doing this for years. Chicken is so moist when it is done. I have yet to try it on my weber, but my dad keeps mentioning it to me.
