Because they always take more than one sheet.
This one box I'm building today, I need two extra pieces. One is 14.75"x15.5", and the other is 7.75"x15.5".

I actually got it to fit (somehow.) I'm not even sure how. My brother kept fucking up my cuts. It's ridiculous. I had to re-cut nearly everything.

retard don't you have a scrap pile? I though heebs saved everything and just start cutting big and flush trimming I think it looks nicer and if you have a outer just for it its fast. my fence sucks on my table so that is how i shoot for a good box. i like box

My fence BLOWS. Sometimes, I get lines that kind of go in a really faint wave pattern.
But, I HAD a scrap pile... but, I haven't built a box in a while 'cause I just didn't fucking want to... so, I got bored and used all of my scrap wood to make stupid shit... like I made a kerfed strip that created a circle. There was absolutely no need. But 'twas fun.

I built a box for 2 15s a couple weeks back. 7.6 cubic feet, 92 in^ of port @ 30hz. Took a full sheet and another piece like 17 x 36 or something.
