Goobs server was pointing to nsx.rackshack.net nameservers before today because I have looked it up before and someone besides goob changed the nameservers which is why I think it is an issue with Godaddy being either someone was trying to get in touch with him (example would be the FBI for log information about a user or scammer) or even if you have say a picture of something like Bill Gates, if Bill finds it and does not like it they send you a cease and detest order which asks you to remove the copywritten information within x amount of hours or get shut down.

If you don't reply to these emails and ignore them they will take you offline, there are two people to complain to EV1 where goobs server is OR his registrant which is godaddy.

If his host shut him down the IP would not work which means they went to Godaddy.
