So the deal is that almost every thurday the lord and I get loaded and cook something new.

Well, we're running outta ideas.

We've done:

-Pot stickers
-braised chicken, two or three times, my fault, they were quite different each time.
-Basil, garlic, and something else stuffed chicken breast
-CHOWDA
-Some asian salad and I forget what else
-pizza
-stuffed mushrooms
-veggie lasagna rollups

and I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot.

Fire away, nothing lame as shit please.

Chowda? Hrm, maybe I'll make those damn tiger shrimp finally. I've done scallops and calamari on my own before... Not a huge fan of fishy fish myself.... she loves seafood though... Maybe I'll tell her it's seafood and she's gotta pick. I pick more often than not.

I've made some spaghetti for her before.

I was fucking exhausted so I brined and broiled some shrimp.

They were delicious, there's still a bunch in the fridge. Keep any suggestions coming since... I'll be doing this for the foreseeable future.

Last night I made fried chicken strips using alton browns recipe from good eats (the fry hard 2 episode) and it was nomalicious.

I used the leftovers today to make a buffalo chicken strip and ranch wrap, and that was orgasmictastic.

I made some similar teriyaki fried chicken strips over some garlic rice this weekend...
