First I got my hair cut really short. Careful your hair needs to be at lest 1.5" I also shaved all my body hair because many times they will try and take it from your body (pits, legs, arms etc..)

Very Important, I give most of the credit to me passing to the Maccujo Method

Yea and you'll need some showers caps(notice Picture)
Also I bleached and died my hair back to natural color the day before the test
http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/xtgrovex/hf.jpg
Lastly before I left for the test I washed my hair with a Special Shampoo I bought from the headshop
http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/xtgrovex/hf2.jpg
I also had to take a urine test(wtf am I applying for the FBI?)
I really don't know why people freak out about urine tests.

Well that was easy...

There's a difference between having certain opinions about whether drugs should be legalized, and not wanting to deal with the worry or hassle of trying to beat tests to exercise those opinions. If I had a job that I put a lot of time and effort into, and a mortgage on the line, I'd rather not have to worry about doing these tricks because I felt I had some right to smoke a doobie.

I doubt it is for security clearance in the Federal Govt. because if this was the case you would not be posting on the internet about it.

To allah with 70 virgins.I didn't see him say all that. I used to partake habitually until I figured out the hassle wasn't worth it and keeping a job was priority. I don't care what someone tells you or what your experiences are, these methods are NOT and NEVER will be 100% effective. I have nothing against any activity someone wants to do with themselves, howeverin the grand scheme of things, I decided it wasn't worth it. Someday, you too may grow up.

My point is basically this:
You enjoy cannabis. That's fine, and nothing that you should hide. You have to be honest with your employer and tell them that you do, or are going to, use cannabis on your personal time. I understand that you may wish to avoid sharing the truth so that you can get a job, but you're just asking for trouble further down the road.
What works for me is honesty. I lay down what I do, why I do it, and if they want my skills, they'll take me. If having cannabis in my personal time makes them consider me unemployable, I'm not all that sure I want to work for them in the first place. And lastly, bringing about change in drug policy (as I'm sure you're in favour of) will be much easier if you're open and honest about what you do.

i find it hilarious that the same person who always had drunk stories to tell on ca.com is the one that calls this ridiculous and hopes you fail.
secondly, although i think neil has a point, that shit just wont fly here. from what i understand, companies get insurance discounts on people who test negative. so from a company stand point, it makes sense to drug test. besides, if you're going to try to criticize what i do at home in my free time and try to control it, i will do everything possible to throw it in your face, smoke the day before, and substitute my piss. you take 9 hours from me every god damn day of my life, and you still want more. fuck you.
either way, you dont have to "grow up", as its just the same as other relaxing thing people do. i fully expect to smoke until my last days here. i dont do it everyday and in fact, i end up going on a couple month stints of not doing it at all every so often. i dont see it as any different than the guy who comes home and cracks open a couple cold ones to just sit on the porch or whatever and watch the sun go down.

You could go further and say that if Thomas or other individuals truly feel the laws on MJ are unjust, they have a DUTY to peacefully break these laws.
It just becomes a non-issue for me though. It isn't important enough for me to consider whether it is unjust or not.

You said his situation was ridiculous and that you hoped he would get caught and not get the job.
Meanwhile, you drink a far more toxic substance with greater dependency that makes you repeatedly do absolutely stupid things, and no employer is ever going to ask you to prove you never use alcohol.
How is that right or fair? Now you probably don't care because it doesn't affect you personally, which I can understand to an extent (and we'll ignore the argument of injustice against one being an injustice against all), but you always cop such a flippant and negative attitude with this subject. It reads like the high-and-mighty alcoholic, though I'm likely looking too hard.
The National Minimum Drinking Act of 1984 established that it is illegal for a person under 21 to purchase or publicly possess an alcoholic beverage. In the state of Mississippi, you can consume alcohol with the permission of a parent/guardian or at a private location, ONLY if you're at least 18 and it can ONLY be light wine or beer. So it would probably be safe to assume that you've broken that law. Like most of us, it probably isn't the only one, either.

African Americans typically take longer time to get their hair clean. And out of all the hair follicle test stories I read on marijuana.com forums, none of the African Americans passed trying to get clean.
